Mission Statement

Our mission is to train student (K -12th grade) in spiritual, academic, and physical development using a curriculum that integrates the wisdom of God and the truth of the Bible in every area of learning. We believe a Christ-centered education is one means of obediently fulfilling the mandate by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to make disciples of all the nations. (Mathew 28:18-20)

What is a Christ-centered Education?

A Christ-centered education recognizes and understands the sovereignty of God, the authority of the Word of God, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit. It is fashioned with God as the Creator and Administrator of all things; presenting full moral authority and truth which molds our intellectual, spiritual, and social endeavors. It instructs students in accordance to God's creational ordinances and illustrates His unfailing redemptive grace. It therefore acknowledges that all truth is God’s truth, and it does not divide educational pursuits into spiritual and secular components. Instead, Christ-centered education relates all learning to God and His created order.

Christ-centered education emphasizes the value of each student as being created by God, in the image of God - each with their own unique gifts to cultivate, weaknesses to overcome, and responsibilities for God’s kingdom. It then becomes a complement to the work of a God-fearing family and the local church body as it strives to establish a critical link between education and faith. Christ-centered education prepares students for responsible, moral, and active participation in society. It prepares them to live with clarity, confidence, and courage, in Jesus Christ as they face the challenges of a broken world. To paraphrase T.S. Elliot, Christian education is not simply teaching students to behave or how to be safe in a dangerous world. It’s about training Christian students to think and live as obedient Christians for such a time as this.

It is through Jesus Christ that true education can occur, when all aspects of learning are founded on God's Word. Education is the pursuit of truth. With Jesus Christ at the center, as truth, truth is revealed.
